ABOUT US
Inish Eats is a family run business based in Inishowen, Donegal. We are passionate about home cooked, healthy food and we wanted to make it more accessible and convenient for people to maintain a healthy balanced diet while also sustaining their busy schedules.
All of our meals are cooked from scratch, with health being at the forefront of our passion. We wanted to show people that although your food is healthy that it can still taste delicious.
We understand that not everyone has the resources or time to cook every day from scratch. All of our meals are calorie and macro counted for the convenience of our consumers.
All of our ingredients are sourced from Inishowen and we want to encourage people to shop local. We deliver our meals to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland via DPD. We wish to thank our customers for their support, team Inisheats.
